房間對著海雲台沙灘，步行5分鐘即可到達，衞生、設施，真心一般般，也不知道哪來的底氣一晚房價1900多，房間裡破破爛爛，感覺幾年沒有修善，洗澡噴頭也無法固定使用，體驗感很差，完全坑人，建議酒店價格不要虛高了，酒店官方的照片都是騙人的，大家不要上當，房間裡年代久遠常年沒有維護了，破舊的很，前臺中文溝通障礙，下次不會入住了。

The location of the property is good, and room is functional enough though a bit small. Bearing the Shilla brand I would expect the property to provide more/better amenties and better maintained. The property condition is not great. Breakfast is so so and I should have booked the room without breakfast as there are plenty of eatery around. Overall I wouldn‘t stay here again. Doesn’t worth the price and definitely nothing closes to a “real” Shilla.

Dommage il manque de la nourriture pour musulman , que du poisson et soupe souvent mélange avec de la viande,? Tout était pratiquement avec la viande. On était limité.superbe vu. Lumière unique, on avait pas de lumière indépendante, pas assez de prise de chaque côté du lit. Les draps n a pas était changé nous sommes restés 5 jours, ni nos peignoirs.Hotel qui a mon sens ne vaut pas 4 étoiles mais 3

飯店大廳櫃檯在2樓，走廊寬敞且乾淨，電梯有4部且運作快速，即使住在高樓層也不會感到久候，面海房型可以看到海雲台海灘，晚上會聽到一些音樂但並不吵，浴室空間大，但浴缸沒有浴簾，洗澡時會濺出一些水到地板，小心點就好，只是空調系統偶爾會切換到自動讓人有點困擾。如果你是喜歡住在海雲台靠海岸邊的人，這間飯店是個性價比很棒的選擇，推薦給大家。 The hotel lobby & front desk is located on the second floor. The hallways are spacious and clean. There are four elevators that operate quickly, so even guests staying on higher floors won’t feel like they’re waiting long. Ocean-facing rooms offer views of Haeundae Beach. At night, you might hear some music, but it’s not noisy. The bathroom is large, though the bathtub doesn’t have a shower curtain, so water may splash onto the floor while showering—just be a bit careful. The only minor issue is that the air conditioning system occasionally switches to automatic mode, which can be slightly annoying. If you enjoy staying near the coast in Haeundae, this hotel is a great value for the price. Highly recommended!

신라스테이 숙박은 처음인데 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 체크인부터 박현수 매니저님께서 친절하게 도와주시고, 안내해주셔서 기분이 너무 좋았어요. 룸 컨디션 좋고, 저는 오션뷰 예약했는데 뷰 정말 끝내줍니다. 가성비 갑이라고 생각해요. 저는 호텔 고를때 화장실에 예민한데 어메니티 충분하고, 수건도 톡톡하니 좋아요. 아! 티비가 스마트티비가 아닌것 같아 넷플릭스 못보나 했는데 데스크에서 셋톱박스를 빌려주셔서 TV도 편하게 봤어요. 전체적으로 큰 불편함 없이 2박 잘 보냈습니다. 깔끔하고 편안한 여행이었어요. 감사합니다. ^^ 다음에 또 올게요!

During check in, I was fortunate enough to get an upgrade to ocean view. The hotel came with toothbrush and tooth paste along with few snacks and beverages for the stay. The beds were clean and the view was spectacular. The hotel is located right across Haeundae beach and it was convenient to walk around the area. Overall recommend this hotel.

В первую очередь нам понравилось расположение отеля рядом с пляжем. Это очень удобно и также мы получили отличный вид на море из окна нашего номера. Сотрудники были вежливы. Уборка и смена полотенец была каждый день. В отеле Есть прачечная, магазин , кафе, рестораны. Завтрак мы не брали, поэтому оценить не смогу. Рекомендую отель в первую очередь из-за его расположения.

櫃枱人員英文佳，說明飯店設施非常仔細。飯店地點很好，離海灘及海雲台市場近，走路10分鐘內可以抵達，樓下還有Emart隨時可以買零用品非常方便。
